Marvel asked me to dream up a 1940s version of the Black Panther for one their decade variant covers. I pitched them a Female BP fending off Nazis in North Africa.

The color composition is fantastic. The blast of warm surrounded by all the cool colors give it a good feel.

The movement of the Nazi's feels like you took a photograph.

The female Black panther look as she is blasting out from behind the tank in the classic old mid century garp.

The only thing that I see see from this piece that stands out and directs my eye to it every time I look at it is the brush down in the left and right corners. To me at least they feel un-fishised and stand out. I think it is the hard lines around them, you don't see them anywhere else on the piece.

This is quite possibly my favorite piece you have done thus far and it was enjoyable to watch you do this via live stream.

A Wehrmacht soldier wouldn't have a swastika on his helmet. The SS soldiers had swastikas on their helmets.
